Two Nuveen Closed-End Funds Announce Name Changes
The Board of Trustees of two Nuveen closed-end funds has approved fund name changes. Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fund (
NYSE: NNY) will be renamed Nuveen New York Municipal Income Fund, and Nuveen California Municipal Value Fund (
NYSE: NCA) will be renamed Nuveen California Municipal Income Fund. The name changes will not alter the investment approach, investment objectives or policies of either fund.
